Safety Risk: the vehicle unexpectedly downshifts and locks rear wheels, creating an immediate life-threatening risk on the highway. Dealer Response: dealer claimed their "computer doesn't pick up anything," as this helps investigators understand that the diagnostic tools are failing to detect the fault.
