Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver's side rear and passengerâs side rear bottom doors failed to latch as intended. The door ajar audible sound repeatedly pinged. The contact stated that the failure was a safety issue and that the sound was distracting while driving.
