Complaint Description

The contact owns a 2020 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle sputtered abnormally. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was restarted; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the torque converter had failed and needed to be replaced.
