Complaint Description
The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the ABS and Traction Control warning lights and the âService ABS Control Braking Systemâ message flashed on the instrument panel. The contact stated that simultaneously an audible chime was heard. Additionally, while driving at various speeds with the cruise control activated, the cruise control feature deactivated inadvertently and failed to re-activate. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 31,850.
