TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 NISSAN PATHFINDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HIS DRIVER'S SIDE SUN VISOR FAILED TO REMAIN IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION WHILE THE VEHICLE WASS IN MOTION. THE DEALER MASTRIA NISSAN (1305 NEW STATE HWY, RAYNHAM, MA 02767) WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT UNDER RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
