TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND WOULD NOT TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO JIM BURKE LINCOLN (5300 GASOLINE ALLEY DR, BAKERSFIELD CA, 93313, (888) 454-8292) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,023.
