TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY SERVICED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V415000 (STRUCTURE). AFTER OPENING THE LIFTGATE, IT FELL WITHOUT WARNING. THE LIFTGATE STRUCK THE CONTACT'S HEAD AND KNOCKED HIM UNCONSCIOUS. THE CONTACT WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
