Recent Complaints
THE VEHICLE HAD ONLY LIABILIY INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT, SO ALLSTATE PAID NO MONEY. A CLAIM WAS FILED THROUGH FIRESTONE. AFTER SENDING THE FAILED TIRE ALONG WITH PICTURES AND ESTIMATES OF THE VEHICLES (THERE WAS A MOTORCYCLE IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT), FIRESTONE HAD SENT ME A REPLY BACK STATING THAT THE TIRES TREAD PEELED DUE TO AN IMPROPER REPAIR. THE ONLY REPAIR THAT I AM CURRENTLY AWARE OF WAS DONE ONLY DAYS BEFORE THE TIRE PEELED, LEAVING NO TIME FOR THE
SEAT BACK RECLINED ON IMPACT DUE TO REAR END COLLISION.
WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE WAS REARENDED AND DRIVER'S SEATBACK BROKE. *AK
WHILE SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT WAS HIT BY A DRUNKEN DRIVER, AND CONSUMER'S VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE, AND DRIVER WAS KILLED. FAMILY WAS TRYING TO FIND THE CAUSE OF FIRE IF IT WAS MORE THAN THE IMPACT. *AK
STARTED DOWNHILL, WET PAVEMENT, TOUCHED BRAKES TO SLOW DOWN, BRAKES LOCKED BOTH TIMES, STARTED TO SPIN. HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE HEAD-ON. THIS IS INTERMITTENT PROBLEM. *AK
