PROBLEM IDENTIFIED BY LEXUS, TOYOTA- MEDIA MOTORS, SERVICE AND REPAIR SHOP IN BURBANK, CA 91502. PHONE 818-842-57577. MEDIA MOTORS IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AS UPPER FRONT STRUT SUPPORTS, (RUBBER AND METAL) THAT RUBBER WAS SEVERLY CRACKED, AND THAT A FAILURE OF THIS PART COULD CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND THAT THE WHEEL WOULD TILT OVER, LEFT TO RIGHT, AND SIDE OF WHEEL WOULD SLIDE ON PAVEMENT. *AK
