NHTSA currently has 3 investigation files overlapping the 2017 COROLLA. Owners comparing this cohort against neighboring years should pair the counters above with the complaint-by-year trend on the parent model page, a spike in a single year often tracks to a platform refresh, a new transmission supplier, or an updated ECU calibration. Paints are chipping off from the interior of the car to the exterior of the car . It's doors and trucks. I filed my 1st complaint with Toyota back in 2023. I filed another complaint on 6/25/2 5 and looks like I'm the only one with a blue Corolla that have paints chipping off from doors to trunk. I just want to make sure that Toyota is aware of this paint issue on their blue Corolla SE 4 door sedan. I know for sure Toyota had a paint issue with their white Toyota Corolla. I take my car to Toyota dealer for all my maintenance. Also, I am loyal Toyota customer. I've been purchasing their vehicle since 2005 with my 1st mini Van (Sienna). I just hope Toyota values their loyal customer.

They said they go by what NHTSA tells them. They gave me your number and I was instructed to fill this form out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
