WE HAVE HAD ALL FOUR DOOR LOCK ACTUATORS REPLACED... BEFORE 40,000 MILES!!! AND ALL WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF EACH OTHER...UGH!!! BUT AT LEAST THEY WERE UNDER WARRANTY, THANK GOD, BECAUSE IF THEY WEREN'T, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $1,700. I KNOW THIS IS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH TOYOTA PRODUCTS, I GUESS THEY JUST HAVE VERY WEAK DOOR LOCK MOTORS. THIS IS THE ORDER THEY WENT OUT IN: DRIVERS, REAR PASSENGER, FRONT PASSENGER, AND REAR DRIVER. BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY WENT OUT, THEY WOULD INTERMITTENTLY NOT WORK. YOU COULD SEE THE DOOR LOCK INDICATOR TRYING TO MOVE, BUT IT COULDN'T MOVE ALL THE WAY INTO THE LOCKED OR UNLOCKED POSITION. IT SEEMED TO HAPPEN WHEN IT EITHER WAS SUPER COLD OR SUPER HOT OUTSIDE. WHAT WAS SUPER ANNOYING WAS IF ONE DOOR LOCK DIDN'T LOCK, THE ENTIRE CAR UNLOCKED ITSELF. SO YOU WOULD WALK AWAY THINKING THE CAR WAS LOCKED, WHEN IT REALLY WASN'T. EVENTUALLY THEY JUST QUIT LOCKING AND UNLOCKING ALL TOGETHER. OTHER THAN THAT, THE CAR HAS BEEN FLAWLESS. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CAR, WE AR

DRIVER HEADED TOWARD A TREE IN ORDER TO MISS A PUBLIC UTILITY BOX BUT A HIGH CURB ASSISTED IN STOPPING THE VEHICLE.

I PUT A SUITCASE IN THE TRUNK ON ITS SIDE. IT WAS TOUCHING THE INSIDE TOP OF THE TRUNK. IN REMOVING THE SUITCASE THE SPRING MECHANISM , THAT HOLDS THE TRUNK OPEN, WAS DISLODGED. THIS CAUSED THE TRUNK LID TO FALL HEAVILY ON ME.

THE CONTACT SUFFERED MINOR INJURIES TO THE NECK THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A COLLISION SHOP WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE BRAKES WERE NOT FUNCTIONING. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM FAILED AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

I PURCHASED A 2014.5 TOYOTA CAMRY XLE HYBRID ON NOVEMBER 3, 2014. RECENTLY, THE VEHICLE EMITS A FOUL ORDER WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER IS TURNED ON. I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DEALERSHIP WHO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT ALL CARS HAVE THIS PROBLEM. I SEE THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR 2012 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES, AND TOYOTA IS STILL PRODUCING VEHICLES WITH THIS PROBLEM. THE DEALERSHIP OFFERED TO DO A FOAM CLEAN OF THE SYSTEM AND INSTALL A CHARCOAL FILTER FOR THE TUNE OF $150 WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE THAT THIS WOULD EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. THE SMELL HAPPENS WHEN THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, AND WE ARE JUST NOW COMING IN TO WARM WEATHER IN MY PART OF THE US, SO THAT'S WHY I'M NOTICING THE SMELL AT THIS TIME.

THIS MAKE DRIVING UNSAFE AS YOUR EYES HAVE TO READJUST TO VIEWING THE ROADWAY AHEAD OF YOU. PLUS IT MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO JUDGE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE BEHIND YOURS.

I PAID MODERN TOYOTA A LOT OF MONEY TO ADD NAVIGATION SYSTEM IN CAR THEY PUT A THIRD PARTY SYSTEM IN CAR LAST SUNDAY I WAS IN THE CAR AND LETTING A LADY PASS WITH SHOPPING CART THE MIC OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEM MELTED THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY ON ROOF WHERE THE GLASS HOLDER AND LIGHTS ARE FALL ON LAP I GOT SHOCK AND HIT THE GAS I HIT THE SHOPPING CART AND LADY FALL TO GROUND THAT MADE A DENT IN FRONT FENDER OF CAR I WENT TO TOYOTA TOLD THEM I PAID A LOT OF $ FOR SYSTEM AND THEY NEED TO REPLACE THIS WITH FACTORY WITH BUILT WITH BLUETOOTH AND NAVIGATION AND THE DENT THEY REFUSE TO DO SO I TOLD THEM MY FAMILY TRAVELS IN THAT CAR WHAT IF I WAS TRAVELING ON HIGHWAY AND THAT HAPPEN THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY SAFETY OR MY FAMILIES I CALL TOYOTA THEY ARE BUYING TIME SO I CAN'T TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM, I NEED JUSTICE I AM PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS CAR IF THEY WON'T FIX IT THEN I NEED $ TO FIX IT MY SELF.
