My navigation system is stuck in a reboot mode where is flashes a very bright white screen. I was driving at night and the screen is so bright, and there’s no way to turn it off or adjust the brightness. It was bright that I could not see the road and hit the ditch when I went to turn onto my road. Its very hard to drive at night with this bright light flashing from the entire radio screen it makes it extremely dangerous to be out after dark.

The radio/navigation system in my vehicle malfunctioned during a self starting update. My screen now stays in reboot mode. The problem is, the screen stays at full brightness whenever the car is on at night I can’t see very well to drive. The other night I was coming home with me and my kids in the car and i hit the ditch trying to turn because the screen was so bright it impaired my vision. The screen never goes off as long as the car is running and there is way to adjust the brightness.

I believe it was 6/23/22, i was stopped in traffic on I35 and I30, traveling south toward Waco. I was in stop and go traffic at the bottom of the ramp. As I was stopped, the car accelerated forward and hit a work truck in front of me. The construction truck had a rotating tire hoisted on its rear end. Unintended accelerator: The latest occurrence of this issue has resulted in the 4th time I have reported it to the dealer and taken it in for investigation of the issue. Three (3) times in 2020 [January, May and September] I took the vehicle to the Toyota dealer in Simi Valley California and each time they advised that they found nothing. ON DECEMBER 18, 2020 A CRASH INVOLVING A 2014 TOYOTA CAMRY OCCURRED. DURING THE CRASH, THE DRIVER'S AIRBAG DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER DIED AS A RESULT OF HIS INJURIES. MY 2014 TOYOTA CAMRY CAUSES EYE IRRITATION AND BURNING.
