ACCELERATION APPEARED TO OCCUR WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS IN LOW SPEED/ WHILE PARKED/ WHEN BRAKE WERE APPLIED OR WHEN VEHICLE WOULD BE COMING TO A STOP. THIS PROBLEM HAS CAUSED THREE ACCIDENTS. DEALER / MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. CAN NHTSA HELP OR PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS MATTER. *MJS
