Was stopped at a red light behind the car in front of me. I was stopped at a appropriate distance from the car in front of me. While parking, the accelerator pedal increased in speed without being pressed and the car had a sudden unexpected acceleration and crashed into a column in a parking lot.
On May 30, on a 55 mph highway, my Tesla Model X was traveling at highway speed in thick traffic. The vehicle was using cruise control, but not auto pilot. I am making this complaint in the public interest The car I am complaining about is mangled and burned and the VIN is unavailable so I have used a dummy VIN to file this complaint. This car has just shown up in the wreckers yard. https://www.copart.com/lot/68650122/2016-tesla-model-x-ca-van-nuys It is almost certain that the occupants have been severely injured or killed. 2016 model Teslas are notorious for suspension breakages. The front RH tire has a deep gouge over the entire circumference. T

On July 13, 2021 at round 1951 hours, in broad day light at that time of Summer, The Tesla Model X , 75 D, was engaged in autopilot mode travelling westward at posted speed limit of 50 mph on a local highway road. The vehicle failed to slow down by using "ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL" but went ahead and hit the parked Dooley Truck at Red light, causing crumpling of the front of Tesla and some dent in the vehicle that got hit by it. It failed to give enough 'FORWARD COLLISION WARNING" to apply brakes
