UPON DELIVERY OF THE NEW TIRE I INSPECTED IT AND IT APPEARS TO HAVE A SEPARATION OF THE TREAD AND SIDEWALL IN THE FORM OF A CRACK THAT IS THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE TIRE ON BOTH SIDES! THIS TIRE IS NEW AND HAS NEVER BEEN MOUNTED. TIRE DOT CODE IS 3816.
