I BOUGHT A SUZUKI 700 KING QUAD IN THE SUMMER OF 05. I TOOK THE FOUR WHEELER IN FOR A RECALL ON THE THROTTLE IN JANUARY OF 06. I HAD APPROXIMATELY 600 MILES ON THE FOUR WHEELER WHEN I BROUGHT IT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND APPROXIMATELY 30 MILES ON THE FOUR WHEELER AFTER THE RECALL. I WAS RIDING ON THE NIGHT OF FRIDAY MARCH 10TH WITH A COUPLE OF FRIENDS ON MY HUNTING CLUB, AND MY THROTTLE STUCK WIDE OPEN, THREW ME OFF OF THE FOUR WHEELER INJURING MY SHOULDER, AND CAUSING THE FOUR WHEELER TO RUN INTO A TREE WITH OUT ME ON IT. WHEN I GOT UP I HAD TO RUN OVER TO THE FOUR WHEELER AND TURN THE KEY OFF FOR IT WAS STILL AT FULL SPEED. THE THROTTLE CABLE HOUSING WAS BROKEN CAUSING THE THROTTLE TO STICK OPEN. I HAVE A STATEMENT FROM THE DEALER THAT I TOOK IT BACK TO THE NEXT MORNING THAT THE THROTTLE WAS STILL STUCK OPEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT INTO THE DEALERSHIP. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SUZUKI FOR 2 AND A HALF WEEKS NOW AND FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE FROM THEM TUESDAY MARCH 28. THE PERSON I WAS DEA

DT: THE CONTACT STATED THAT 2005 SUZUKI VS 800 MOTOR CLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH, AND THE REAR WHEEL LOCKED. HE WAS TRAVELING AT A SPEED BETWEEN 30-35 MPH. HE WAS APPROACHING A CORNER AND WAS SLOWING DOWN, USING BOTH BRAKES. THEN HE DOWN SHIFTED AND THE REAR WHEEL LOCKED . HE CRASHED AND HIT THE PAVEMENT. A POLICE REPORT WAS TAKEN AT THE SCENE AND THERE WAS ONE INJURY.*AK
CROSS BAR ON THE VS1400 '' S83'' IS HITTING THE GROUND AND KICKING THE BIKE BACK TIRE UP AND THAT I NOT PLEASED WITH THIS BIKE. I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS BIKE FOR A MONTH AND THE CROSS BAR HAS HIT THE GROUND 4 TIMES AND THE 4TH TIME INVOLVED ME IN SLIDING THE BIKE ACROSS THE STREET IN A CURVE. THIS HAS ALSO HAPPENED TO ANOTHER PERSON WHILE RIDING THIS BIKE. I RIDE EVERY DAY 5 TO 7 DAYS A WEEK RAIN OR SHINE COLD OR HOT. I AM ALWAYS ON A BIKE. I DO NOT WISH TO DYE YET ON THIS ONE\ FROM A CROSS OVER BAR THAT NEEDS TO BE MOVED. THIS BIKE IS UNSAFE IN IT CURRENT CONDITION. THIS PROBLEM HAS NEVER HAPPENED ON ANY OTHER BIKE I HAVE OWNED OR RIDDEN. THIS LETTER IS TO ALLOW YOU TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM NOT AT MY RISK OF IT HAPPENING A 5TH TIME. EITHER BY PLACING THE FOOT PEGS IN-FRONT OF THE ENGINE LIKE ON MOST EVER OTHER BIKE GIVING ME A DIFFERENT BIKE ALTOGETHER OR REFUNDING THE MONEY TO GET RIDE OF THE LOAN ON THE BIKE. I AM UNWILLING TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE THIS BIKE YEAR ROUND IN IT CURRENT CON
