WHILE TRAVELING AT 45 MPH, THE REAR LICENSE PLATE, LIGHT, MUD FLAP, AND LICENSE PLATE HARNESS BROKE THE STEEL MOUNTS. THE HARNESS BECAME WEDGED BETWEEN THE SWINGARM AND THE REAR TIRE. THE TIRE LOCKED INSTANTLY AND BIKE BEGAN TO SKID OUT OF CONTROL UNTIL IT CRASHED INTO A BANK.
