I HAVE A VIBRATION AND A SQUEALING NOISE IN REAR END OF BIKE. SUZUKI WILL NOT AUTHORIZE A DEALER TO LOOK INTO ON A WARRANTY CLAIM. *TR

2007 SUZUKI BURGMAN 400, SQUEAK FROM CLUTCH! WHILE DRIVING STARTING OUT FROM 5 TO 7 MILES PER HOUR THE SQUEAK IS SOMETHING THAT IS ANNOYING THE SQUEAK COMES AND GOES, SOMETIMES LOUDER THAN OTHERS. IT HAS BEEN "GRABBY" SUDDENLY PULLING THE BIKE DOWN AND MAKING A LURCHING EFFECT WHICH IS UNSAFE CONSIDERING THE MOTORCYCLE GOES OVER 75MPH. I HAVE HAD ONE CLUTCH REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE, AND THE REPLACEMENT THEY PUT ON DOES THE SAME THING. SQUEAK! I KNOW THE 2008 BURGMAN 400 HAD A FIVE PLATE CLUTCH, THE BURGMAN 400 2007 ONLY HAS THREE CLUTCH PLATES... I THINK THEY CORRECTED A KNOWN SAFETY ISSUE WITH THE 2008'S BUT ARE NEGLECTING THE SAFETY ON PRIOR MODELS LIKE MINE. I WORRY THAT I WILL BE RIDING AND IT WILL CATCH AND GRAB THROWING ME FROM MY BIKE TO MY DEATH. *TR

I ALSO CONTACTED SUZUKIS OFFICE IN CALI THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE MEDIATOR WOULD CONTACT ME AND NOT TO TURN THE BURGMAN OVER TO ANYONE THIS IS 8/4/07 AND I HAVE STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME. *TR
