THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT A PART OF THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,000. UPDATED 10/22/2014*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE SCION XB, MODEL YEAR 2006 WITH THE SAME ISSUE BUT, THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED.
