I RECEIVED AN "IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL" LETTER FROM PORSCHE WITH A CLAIM # 01043235 ON JANUARY 12TH, 2018 FOR THE REPLACING OF FASTENING SCREWS FOR CAMSHAFT CONTROLLERS. THE NHTSA RECALL NUMBER IS 17V-368, THE ADJUSTING COMPANY FOR PORSCHE IS PCNA CAMSHAFT CONTROLLER/ADJUSTER AND THEIR CONTROL # 3415411996 AND THEIR PHONE # 1-877-919-6430. I VISITED GAUDIN PORSCHE 6800 REDWOOD ST LAS VEGAS NV 89118, 702-383-6060 SOON AFTER RECEIVING THE RECALL NOTICE AND SPOKE WITH PAUL THE SERVICE ADVISER AND WAS ADVISED THAT MY PORSCHE REPLACEMENT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE YET AS THEY HAD NOT BEEN CREATED. SEVERAL MONTHS PASSED SO I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO FOLLOW UP AND ADVISED THE PARTS WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE. IN THE INTERIM I MAINTAINED CONTACT WITH PORSCHE AND THEIR CLAIMS ADJUSTING AGENCY PCNA AND WAS ADVISED THAT MY RECALL WOULD BE HONORED BY ANY PORSCHE DEALERSHIP IN THE COUNTRY AND THAT ALL PREVIOUS DOCUMENTED EXPENSES RELATED TO PREVIOUS CAMSHAFT REPAIRS WOULD BE REIMBURSED. I SUBMITTED $61
