The contact owns a 2018 Porsche 911 GT3. The contact stated that while reversing, the back over prevention system failed to display a rear-view image. After a visual inspection of the rear of the vehicle, the contact became aware that the reverse lights also failed to illuminate. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the transmission reverse switch. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The
