MY HUSBAND AND I WAS DRIVING MY 1998 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX TO THE GAS STATION.THERE WAS A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF US SO HE TURNED THE ENGINE OFF TO WAIT FOR A PUMP.THE STORE EMPLOYEES CAME RUNNING OUT YELLING YOUR CAR IS ON FIRE.WE ALL GOT OUT AND PUSHED IT BACK AWAY FROM THE PUMPS.THIS COULD HAVE HURT A LOT OF PEOPLE.IT WAS A VERY TRAMATIC EXPERIENCE!THE FIRE DEPARTMENT SHOWED UP AND PUT THE FLAMES OUT.IT BURNED THE ENGINE,HOOD,BUMPER,TIRES.LEFT ME WITHOUT A CAR! I REACTED QUICKLY AND CAME TO A FULL STOP. I LEFT @9 FT. IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS UNABLE TO CHANGE LANES. WITHIN SECONDS I WAS HIT FROM BEHIND. I WOKE UP WITH A BRAIN INJURY AS WELL AS OTHER PHYSICAL INJURIES. TBI AS A RESULT,I LOST ALL BUT 2 IN FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I ENDURED MORE THAN ANYONE CAN IMAGINE.
