CERTAIN DELPHI FUEL PRESSURE REGULATORS, P/NOS. FP10020-11B1, FP10026-11B1, AND FP10027-11B1, SOLD AFTER JANUARY 9, 2007, AS AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS PASSENGER VEHICLES LISTED ABOVE. THE UNIVERSAL PRESSURE REGULATORS (UPR) WERE PRODUCED WITHOUT AN O'RING AND RETAINER.

Campaign # N140350 Was informed about this recall and called the number given to me by Pontiac (South County Buick GMC 2202 National City Blvd. National City CA 91950, (619) 477-4462) but all I got was endless automated messages. The one real person I talked to was rude and sounded like she was about to quit her job and gave me a number to call which was the same as the one I started with! This defect is putting my family at risk and the type of non-service I am receiving from Pontiac is truly a disgrace! I GOT A RECALL OF UNINTENDED IGNITION KEY ROTATION. I TOOK IT IN TO GM AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. THEY SAID IT IS FOR THE ORIGINAL KEYS , WHICH I HAVE. BUT MY PLASTIC ON ONE KEY IS BROKE ON ONE SPOT. I TOLD THEM MY IGNITION IS MESSED UP. THE KEY CAN BE PULLED OUT WITH THE CAR STILL RUNNING AND SOME TIMES IT WILL BE TURNED OFF AND KEYS IN MY HAND AND YET IT IS STILL ON. NO ONE EXPLAINED ANYTHING TO ME, EXCEPT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME, THAT IS WAS JUST A PLASTIC PIECE THAT THEY PUT ON THE KEY IN THE HOLE WHERE THE KEY RING GOES. YET I STILL KEEP GETTING THE RECALL IN THE MAIL. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE RECALL?
