THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE WINDOWS DID NOT HAVE A PROTECTING GUARD AND ALLOWED WIND TURBULENCE TO CREATE WATER PUDDLES ON THE WINDOWS AND CAUSED OBSTRUCTION TO THE DRIVER'S VIEW.
