CERTAIN DELPHI FUEL PRESSURE REGULATORS, P/NOS. FP10020-11B1, FP10026-11B1, AND FP10027-11B1, SOLD AFTER JANUARY 9, 2007, AS AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS PASSENGER VEHICLES LISTED ABOVE. THE UNIVERSAL PRESSURE REGULATORS (UPR) WERE PRODUCED WITHOUT AN O'RING AND RETAINER.

DT: LAST WEEK WHILE IN PARK THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED ON FLAT GROUND. THE CAR WAS PARKED OUTSIDE OF HOME.THERE ARE NO WARNING LIGHTS TO INDICATE A PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE ROLLED DOWN AND IMBANKMENT.THE PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT SET. . IT SHOWED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS STILL IN PARK WHEN THE OWNER GOT BACK IN IT. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. THE REMOVABLE REAR BACK SEATS LOCKING MECHANISIM IN THE 2004 OLDSMOBILE SILHOUETTE VAN HAS CAUGHT MY FINGER INCURING SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS IN MEDICAL FEES. THE UNDERCARRIGE MOVES BACKWARD WHEN THE FRONT BRACKET IS ENGAGED AND EASILY PINCHES A HAND OR FINGER.APPEARS TO BE A DESIGN FAIURE.I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.PLS ADVISE KIM JACKSON
