TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 OLDSMOBILE INTRIGUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH DOES NOT WORK ONCE HE INSERTS THE KEY. THE FAILURE HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR ONE YEAR. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH PROBABLY NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. THE CONTACT LEFT THE DEALER AND NEVER RETURNED. THE FAILURE STILL PERSISTS.
