This vehicle no longer meets the EPA TiER 3 standards That are needed to be on the road . I as the customer am not ok with this and because of this reason I’d like the entire vehicle to completely recalled . As it is not any longer fit to be on roads . The fact is that this car presents a health risk that is known to be fatal to life . So when you ask if the re has been any fatalities the answer is , yes , the emissions from old cars like the 2003 pathfinders have killed peoples already

VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONT END COLLISION AT 35MPH HITTING THE REAR OF A STOPPED CAR DUE TO TRAFFIC ON THE SR125 FREEWAY IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY. THE FRONT END CRUMPLED BUT THE DRIVER'S AIRBAG FAILED TO DEPLOY. HOOD, BUMPER, GRILL, QUARTER PANELS ALL CRUSHED, BUT AIRBAG FAILED TO DEPLOY.
