I DRIVE A 1995 DODGE STEALTH. THIS IS THE SAME CAR AS A MITSUBISHI 3000GT. MY COMPLAINT IS WITH THE PRIMARY RESTRAINT SYSTEM. ALTHOUGH MY CAR IS A 1995 AND IS 11 YEARS OLD, I FEEL THAT THE SEAT BELTS SHOULD REMAIN IN TOP WORKING ORDER. UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER EXTENDING THE BELT TO WEAR IT, THERE IS SO MUCH SLACK THAT IT WILL NOT RETRACT. WITH NO SEAT BELT TENSION, I'M WORRIED THAT IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT, THE SEAT BELT MIGHT NOT SERVE ITS PURPOSE. *NM
