I was involved in an accident which rendered my Mitsubishi Mirage a total loss. There was severe damage to the front driver's side of my vehicle. I am concerned because none of the air bags deployed. I was traveling at approximately 40 mph when a large pickup truck with a brush guard on the front ran a red light and collided with my vehicle.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 MITSUBUSHI MIRAGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE HAD A CRASH. THE VEHICLE HIT A DEER DIRECTLY AT 55 MPH AND THE IMPACT PUSHED THE RADIATOR INTO THE ENGINE. NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WITH INJURIES TO HER NECK AND BACK. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DIAGNOSED AT A BODY SHOP. THE INSURANCE COMPANY CHOOSE WHERE THEY COULD DETERMINE WHETHER IT WOULD BE FIXED OR TOTALED. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT
