FRONT CROSS MEMBERS AND LOWER CONTROL ARM RECALL. THIS CROSSBAR HAS BEEN RECALLED AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE FOR 6 TO 8 MONTHS NOW. TODAY 9-7-16, I EXPERIENCED A VIOLENT SHAKING OF THE STEERING WHEEL. I WAS DOING ABOUT 40 MPH AND THE STEERING WHEEL STARTS SHAKING, I SLOWED DOWN AND STOPPED AND THEN GOT BACK UP TO 30 MPH AND THE SHAKING CAME BACK, I DID THIS 3 OR 4 TIMES. I HAVE HAD IN THE SHOP AT MIDAS AND JOES GARAGE AND NEITHER OF THEM KNOWS WHY IT DOES THIS. I HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO DRIVE IT BUT I NEED MY CAR. IT FINALLY STOPPED DOING IT TODAY AFTER I CAME TO A STOP AND STARTED UP AGAIN ON THE 5TH TRY. IT SEEMS TO GO AWAY FOR AWHILE! I HAVE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THE PART HAS NOT BEEN MADE FOR THEM TO REPLACE THE RECALLED ITEMS. I HAVE SPENT MONEY ON SHOCKS, SUSPENSION, BEARINGS, ETC. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IF THE TWO PLACES I HAVE TAKEN IT CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT. MITSUBISHI DEALER TOLD ME TO WAIT TIL THE PARTS COME IN, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FIX IT WIT
