WHILE LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO PASS ANOTHER CAR, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL GOT STUCK AND THE CAR'S SPEED WAS INCREASING RAPIDLY. WHILE THERE WAS NO OPPORTUNITY TO PASS (ANOTHER CAR COMING FROM OPPOSITE DIRECTION), THE DRIVER HAD TO SWERVE QUICKLY BACK TO OWN LANE WHILE THE CAR?S ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS STILL STUCK. CONSUMER WAS DRIVING ON THE MAIN ROAD AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH WHEN ANOTHER DRIVER RAN A STOP SIGN AND HIT CONSUMER'S VEHICLE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, CAUSING CONSUMER'S AIRBAG TO DEPLOY ON PASSENGER'S SIDE ONLY. DRIVER AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. DEALER/MFR. NOTIFIED AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FALSELY DEPLOYED AIRBAG. *AK
