I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION (CODE R26). I CONTACTED RBM OF ALPHARETTA AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO PARTS TO DO THE RECALL, NOR WOULD THEY DO IT. NOR WOULD THEY CALL ME BACK WHEN PARTS WOULD ARRIVE. I WAS TOLD AFTER THAT THAT THE VIN NO. I GAVE WAS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST. THEY WERE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. HOW AM I MEANT TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF?
