MERCEDES BENZ IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2007 AND 2010 2500 AND 3500 SPRINTER VEHICLES. THE CORRECT INTERIOR TRIM COVERING THE A-PILLARS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. IF INCORRECT TRIM WAS INSTALLED ON A VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE WOULD FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE S

I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION (CODE R26). I CONTACTED RBM OF ALPHARETTA AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NO PARTS TO DO THE RECALL, NOR WOULD THEY DO IT. NOR WOULD THEY CALL ME BACK WHEN PARTS WOULD ARRIVE. I WAS TOLD AFTER THAT THAT THE VIN NO. I GAVE WAS NOT ON THE RECALL LIST. THEY WERE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. HOW AM I MEANT TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF?
