THE CONTACT STATED THAT PLAZA MERCEDES-BENZ (LOCATED AT 11910 OLIVE BLVD, CREVE COEUR, MO 63141, (314) 266-5469) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIR. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
MERCEDES HAS NOT TAKEN STEPS TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS IN MY CARS. I CANNOT OBTAIN INFORMATION WHEN THEY WILL. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS!
