TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 MERCEDES-BENZ SL63 AMG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND VIBRATED ABNORMALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR FOUR DAYS. IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MAIN ENGINE NUT BOLT FRACTURED, CAUSING THE HEAD GASKET TO FAIL. IN ADDITION, THE ANTI-FREEZE ENTERED THE ENGINE AND DAMAGED THE CYLINDER, WHICH CAUSED CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED NO REPAIR SOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000.
