(PICTURES, VIDEO'S AND WITNESSES AVAILABLE AS SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS) THESE TIRES ARE NOT DEEMED SAFE TO BE DRIVEN ON, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SHUTTLING 3 CHILDREN AGES 6, 3, AND 8 MOS OLD AROUND.
