On Thursday September 12, 2024, I took my vehicle into the Mercedes Benz of Novi dealership located at 39500 Grand River Avenue in Novi, Michigan to have them diagnose and repair the passenger seat due to the seat bouncing, vibrating and rattling while driving the vehicle. Technicians from dealership took the car out and they noted the passenger seat bounced and vibrated as they were driving the vehicle out for the test drive. Technicians from the dealer stated "there cannot be anything done for the vehicle and to call the manufacturer's Customer Care number." While standing in at the service desk at the dealership, I called the Customer Care number (1-800-367-6372) and documented this issue, and the dealer's response, under Case #[XXX]. The Customer Care representative heard the technicians response and included it in case number noted above (see attached) On Monday, September 16th, the dealership contacted me and advised me to bring the vehicle back in to diagnose the same iss

The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, who then diagnosed a failure with the power steering control module (PSCM). The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was then taken back to the dealer, who replaced the steering wheel. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 50.
