Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2024 E 350 4MATIC, E 450 4MATIC All-Terrain, and E 450 4MATIC vehicles. The 12-Volt and 48-Volt ground connections for the electrical wiring harness may not be secured properly, resulting in the ground connections overheating.

On Thursday September 12, 2024, I took my vehicle into the Mercedes Benz of Novi dealership located at 39500 Grand River Avenue in Novi, Michigan to have them diagnose and repair the passenger seat due to the seat bouncing, vibrating and rattling while driving the vehicle. Technicians from dealership took the car out and they noted the passenger seat bounced and vibrated as they were driving the vehicle out for the test drive.
