TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ C240. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING 5 MPH AND ABOVE, THE VEHICLE WOULD DECELERATE ABNORMALLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS.
