Seat Belt Malfunction: The children’s seat belts are not retracting properly, posing a significant safety risk. Braking Issues: Despite being told the brakes are at 90%, they feel like they are grinding metal. This is highly concerning. Alignment Problem: The vehicle is veering aggressively to the right during normal driving, which indicates a serious alignment or suspension issue. During the test drive, I was told the alignment would be addressed before delivery. However, the vehicle still exhibits unsafe behavior. Additionally, the braking condition does not align with the claim that the brakes are at 90%. These are critical safety issues that must be addressed immediately. I am extremely concerned about the roadworthiness of this vehicle and request a full inspec

Motor/Drive Unit making "whirring" noise that got progressively worse over time. While under warranty MB dealer stated that everything was fine, now after the warranty has expired a different dealer says it is failing and needs to be replaced. Independent shop says there is a potential design defect with the Tesla motor used in this vehicle (many early model S motors were replaced by tesla.)
