VEHICLE KEPT SPINNING AROUND AND AROUND AND SLAMMED AGAINST THE CURB AND BOUNCED BACK AND FORTH AGAINST THE CURB. ALSO, WHEEL CAME OFF AND VEHICLE ENDED UP IN CONSUMER'S YARD BETWEEN AN OAK TREE AND A TELEPHONE POLE. *AK
