UPON EXAMINING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGERS TIRE WAS DEFLATED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE SIDEWALLS ON ALL FOUR TIRES WERE DRY AND ROTTED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 228,000.
