HE THEN CALLED MERCEDES AND INQUIRED ABOUT THIS RECALL, AFTER SUPPLYING HIS VIN THEY INFORMED HIM THAT HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT PART OF THE RECALL. CONSUMER WAS ABLE TIE UP THE ACCELERATOR THROTTLE BUSHING AND GETTING THE VEHICLE HOME. THE VEHICLE IS NOW GOING TO BE TOWED TO MERCEDES TO BE SERVICED.*AK
