I HAVE HAD 3 MERCEDES IN THE LAST YEAR. I HAD 2 CLK430'S WHICH ALSO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THESE 2 CARS WERE PURCHASED THRU SMYTHE EUROPEAN. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE TRANSMISSION WILL GO INTO NEUTRAL SOMETIMES. THIS IS A VERY INTERMITTENT PROBLEM BUT HAS OCCURRED 6 TIMES IN THESE 3 CARS. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM WILL ALL MERCEDES WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. I FEEL THAT IN THIS YEAR THEY HAVE YET TO DISCOVER WHAT IS THE CAUSE. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
