WHILE DRIVING, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WENT COMPLETELY TO THE FLOOR. THE VEHICLE THEN DOWN SHIFTED TO FIRST GEAR WITH THE THROTTLE WIDE OPEN. THE CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED.
