Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2015-2018 Granturismo and 2016-2018 Granturismo Convertible vehicles. The air bag Electronic Control Unit (ECU) may have a defective power supply capacitor that can cause a deactivation or inadvertent deployment of the air bag.
BLUETOOTH HANDS FREE CALLING MALFUNTION IN DASH HANDS FREE BLUETOOTH SYSTEM NOT WORKING . WILL NOT RECEIVE PHONE CALLS. WILL ERRATICALLY PRODUCE LOUD 'HISS' AND/OR 'STATIC' SOUNDS . AUDIO SYSTEM ICON ON DASH INDICATES THAT BLUETOOTH IS CONNECTED AND HAS STRONG SIGNAL CONNECTION. HAVE TRIED TO CONNECT WITH MULTIPLE CELLULAR DEVICES WITH SAME RESULT. DEALERSHIP ATTEMPTED TO SERVICE . STATED MASERATI NORTH AMERICA IS AWARE OF A WIDESPREAD ISSUE, AND THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE A CORRECTIVE ACTION TO FIX. I BELIEVE THIS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN AND IT'S UNSAFE TO USE A WIRELESS PHONE WHILE DRIVING , IN ADDITION TO IT BEING ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA .
