In June 2024, i received a letter dated March of 2024 for a Customer Satisfaction Program 13N02 that ended before i had a chance to take my vehicle into the repair shop to have this item fixed. WHEN VEHICLE WAS IN PARK ON THE SIDE OF A STREET, IT SLIPPED OUT OF PARK AND ROLLED DOWN A HILL INTO A TREE DAMAGING THE FRONT BUMPER AND HOOD. THERE WAS $6500 IN DAMAGE.
