FORD DENIED UNTIL TSB WAS FOUND AT THE FORD CORPORATION DATED JUNE 2008. UPON 2ND VISIT TO MECHANIC PERFORMED RPM FLARE-UP FIX ON TRUCK TO THIS TSB. TRUCK STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2008 MECHANIC STILL CANNOT DUPLICATE. CANNOT GET RESOLUTION PROBLEM VERY DANGEROUS TO PEDESTIANS AND OURSELVES. UNABLE TO DRIVE UNLESS WE HAVE TO USE THIS VEHICLE - RETIREMENT CAR ? *CN
