While driving, the moonroof spontaneously shattered. There was no impact whatsoever. Just shattered. Glass was everywhere.

The component that failed is a known issue with the backup camera blue screen. My vin# isn't part of the recall but should be. The safety factor is well known. The dealer has reproduced the issue replaced the camera and applied the temporary fix but it failed again. The temporary fix also caused the 360 feature to freeze in one spot. There were no symptoms of the problem prior to the failure.

The car keeps just fully turning off. Dealership has tried to replace the battery several times but the problem keeps happening. I am [XXX] and have been left stranded 4 times now.
