My 2019 Lincoln Continental has been displaying an adaptive steering failure message for over 8 months now. I have contracted the Lincoln office 888-214-2155 three times now 9/2/24, 10/10/24, 10/30/24, and just get the same answer. Someone will call me back. I never get a call back.
