2023 LEXUS UX HYBRID

All doors were closed and no warnings on the dash before I started driving and I made sure kids lock was engaged by checking the door lock status inside the vehicle because I had two kids sitting on the back seat with car seat installed. However, while I was driving at 30 mp/h, the door open warning appeared on the dash indicated that the left rear door was not closed and the chime was played continuously, I panic'd because I had kids in the rear seats and I ended up getting hit by a tree.
