The contact owns a 2022 Lexus UX Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 MPH and depressing the brake pedal, the braked malfunctioned and the vehicle failed to slow down as needed. After continuously depressing the brake pedal for approximately five seconds, the braked activated and the vehicle stopped.
